A competitive salary
We continually benchmark our pay scales to ensure they are competitive and reflect our sector
Generous annual leave
Starts at either 20 or 25 days depending on job grade, increasing to 30 days after twelve years’ service
Group pension scheme
Our scheme starts at 3% employee contribution or £100 per month, whichever is the higher. Starts after 3 months service
You will be eligible to join the company private healthcare scheme after six months of continuous employment.
Death in service
You will be eligible for the company’s death in service scheme after six months of continuous employment. This scheme provides four times your basic pay to your estate should you die while employed.
