How we work
1. Site Visit.
We conduct a methodical site visit to assess processes and infrastructure in line with the Fire Safety Order 2005 or equivalent legislation (e.g. CDM Regulations for construction sites), ensuring no risk area is overlooked.
2. Assess inherent dangers.
We evaluate fire hazards and assess risks to occupants and visitors. Where necessary, we perform hot smoke testing to analyse smoke spread and evacuation times.
3. Comprehensive Fire and Risk Assessment Report.
You receive a detailed report assessing the sufficiency of current measures and outlining recommended improvements. We include hard-to-reach or unoccupied areas to ensure total risk coverage.
4. Agree on Next Steps for Fire Safety and Risk Management.
Following the assessment, we meet with your team to discuss findings and develop a prioritised action plan to support your ongoing fire safety and risk management.
